How long does my order take to ship?

Accepted Answer

Once you place your order, it goes directly from our website to our warehouse/fulfilment facility in Montreal, Quebec.

If you are in the Ontario or Quebec region, you can expect your order to be shipped in 1-3 days.

If you're in the Prairie or Maritime regions, please expect 5 days for your delivery.

If you're in far Western or Northern Canada, expect 5+ days.

How do I change my subscription?

The easiest way is to reach out to contact@getonly.ca and let us know exactly what you need.

Need your liners removed? No problem.

Want to pause for a few months of tampons because you've got 'em wracked up? We're here for it.

Need to cancel? We might ask you the reason (to help us better understand and grow as a small business) but we'll never ever make it a hassle - we promise.

What if I want to change my subscription myself?

Accepted Answer

First, you'll have to make sure you've created an Account with Only. (We do allow you to check out as a "Guest" whenever you order. So even if you've ordered in the past with you, you may not necessarily have created an account.)

To create an account, go to www.getonly.ca/account or

1) On mobile: select the drop down menu and click Create an account." Fill in your details.

2) On desktop: click on the little human-looking icon on the far right (left of the shopping cart icon). From there, fill out your details.

Once you're logged into your account, you can make edits to your order on the app that is used to power our subscriptions: Recharge. Pause or cancel anytime.

Where do your products come from?

Our Green Umbrella period products are brought to you from a beautiful town in the countrysides of Spain. They come from a facility powered by a hydro-electric wheel, run by an amazing team that make you feel right at home.

We, at Only, are so proud to call Green Umbrella our international partners. We share their passion for better access to quality, sustainable period products and couldn't have picked a better partnership to fulfil that goal in Canada.

I'm so unsure what size menstrual cup I am!

The tricky thing with menstrual cups is that you have to try them to see how they fit your unique needs.  The difference between sizes of menstrual cups is quite minimal (in millimetres!) and it's technically possible for many sizes to fit you. But one size will fit you best, and that size is likely the size that you feel the least inside of you - so the least noticeable.  It's also important to note that there is no global standard for menstrual cup sizing quite yet; some brands label their cups as size A, B, C, some 1, 2, 3 and others, like ours, as "Small," "Medium" and "Large."  Contact our support staff if you ever want to chat it through! We have access to advice from our gynecologist on Board, Dr. Ardelle Piper to help us all make the best decision for you.

Can I return my order if I don't like it?

Accepted Answer

Since these products are considered medical devices, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons.

If possible, please consider donating them to a local facilty or non-for-profit in need. Please reach out to contact@getonly.ca if you want help locating where's best to send your un-used items.
