Q: Where do Only products ship from?
From our logistics partner Groupe 3DM in Montreal, Quebec. Run by an incredibly kind and caring team, Groupe 3DM gives back to their local community through partnerships with The Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation, the MADA foundation which helps underprivileged families get back on their feet, as well as "ON Rock" who helps those living in poverty in Montreal.
Q: How long does my Only box take to ship?
Depending where you are in Canada, you can expect your Only box to arrive between 3-5 business days. If that’s not the case, please reach out to us at info@getonly.ca and we’ll help determine when your shipment can be expected.
Q: Where do you ship to?
Everywhere in Canada.
Q: What do I do if I notice that some of the products are damaged?
Something arrive a little off? Please reach out to info@getonly.ca and we’ll make it our priority to get this sorted and send you what you need for a better period. Full stop.
Products
Q: Why do you sell Green Umbrella products?
We sourced the globe to find the best possible line of period care to offer to Canadians, and we found the best with to be the Green Umbrella line. We want to give credit where credit’s due, so we did not enter in a white-label deal with them, but rather encourage their brand to succeed alongside ours. And that’s not gatekeeping.
Q: Are any of the products you offer tested on animals?
Absolutely not. We will never partner with a brand that tests on animals. All of Green Umbrella’s products are Cruelty-Free certified.
Q: How do I use my period products?
Most period products we carry are used differently than the next so please consult the product monographs inside each box, or read the info provided on the product pages at getonly.ca.
Q: Are all your products biodegradable?
With the exception of the reusables, all Green Umbrella products, packaging, and wrappers are made with biodegradable materials. Please note however, that soiled menstrual products are not generally accepted by city compost collectors for biohazardous reasons. Please check your local city guidelines to learn more.
Q: What are the benefits of organic tampons?
Organic tampons benefit the bigger picture. The minimal impact these items have on the planet means everyone benefits from their use, even if they aren’t actually using them. For example, no harmful chemicals are deposited into the land where organic cotton is farmed. This is especially important when refarming the area and for the farmers who cultivate organic cotton. There is also considerably less water and energy used to grow this material, benefiting the environment by reducing the resources needed to make our products. As an all-natural ingredient, it breaks down better, and since our packaging is compostable and recyclable, the advantages just keep adding up!
Q: Can organic cotton tampons cause TSS?
Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) is a complication that can affect anyone using tampons, organic or otherwise. While it remains relatively rare, symptoms include a sudden high fever, headaches, and redness of your eyes, mouth, and throat. You should call your doctor immediately if you show any of these signs.
Fear of TSS keeps some from using tampons despite not being a fan of the alternatives. We get it, and so we recommend using the lowest absorbency tampon possible that still works for your period, changing your tampon every four hours, and ensuring that you never leave it in for more than eight hours. These suggestions can help mitigate risks regarding the possibility of TSS.
Q: What is a reusable tampon applicator?
It’s similar in design to those totally unrecyclable pieces wrapped in plastic that hold tampons, except you don’t contribute towards landfills. Our colourful reusable applicators act as a tool to insert your tampon in a comfortable and (hopefully) mess-free way. The difference is that ours don’t go in the trash. You can keep it loaded for that time of the month, carrying it discreetly in your bag or back pocket with our convenient case included in each kit.
Q: How do you clean a reusable tampon applicator?
We’ve designed this product so it can be discreet and easy to clean. A rinse with warm water will do the trick, or you can wipe it with toilet paper in a pinch (cue public washroom vibes). Once your period is over, extend the plunger from the barrel and wash every nook and cranny of the device. Let the applicator dry before reassembling.
Subscriptions
Q: Will my Only subscription renew automatically?
Yes. You can expect a reminder email before your shipment goes out, prompting if you would like to make any changes to your order details.
Q: How do your subscriptions work? Please break it down for me.
Only offers two subscriptions; a 3-month plan (10% discount) and a 6-month plan (25% discount). We use a secure payments app called Recharge that specializes in 'vaulting' (encrypting and storing) your credit card information so it can be billed again after 3 months, or 6 months, whichever option you choose. All you need to do is build a box with a minimum of 4 products on the 3-month plan, or 8 products on the 6-month plan, and we will continue to get these products to you every time your subscription renews. You can use our product upsell page when building a box to buy more than 4 or 8 products and receive the same 10%, or 25% price discount.
Q: When will I be charged for my Only subscription?
You will be charged when your recurring order is created by our intuitive software. The order is created every 90 days or 180 days based on which ‘Stock Up & Save’ subscription option you chose: 3 or 6-months. This means that the day of the month you are charged may vary month-to-month. For example If you select a 3-month plan on March 1st, you will be charged that day, and your next recurring order will be created and billed 90 days later on May 30th.
Q: How do I make changes to my Only subscription?
We have a customer portal you can log into to change up any part of your subscription. Our support staff is not able to log in and make these changes for you.

Just remember that the 3-month subscription has a 4-product minimum, and the 6-month subscription has an 8-product minimum.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
To easily cancel your Only subscription box, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account at https://getonly.ca/account/login.
- Tap 'Manage my subscription.'
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your cancelation.

Q: How do I reset my password?

We sure do. All of the above are accepted.
Q: Can I get a refund?
We understand the feelings aren’t always mutual. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, but we will evaluate refunds on a case by case basis. Please email info@getonly.ca with the products or details of the Only experience you found unsatisfactory. We encourage you to donate any unused products to a community centre near you.
