Shipping policy

1) Canada-Only

Only delivers products to all of Canada. We do not ship to the United States or rest of the world at this time.

2) Ground Shipping & Local Pickup

We usually ship by ground, and do not offer local pick up as our fulfillment is entirely handled by a third-party logistics company. 

3) Shipping Fees

Eastern Canada

Applied to the following Provinces: Ontario and Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.

i) Orders under $85 have a $16 shipping fee, and are expected to be delivered by ground in 1-4 business days.

ii) Orders of $85 or more have the shipping fee waived, and are expected to be delivered by ground in 1-4 business days.

Note: orders to Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal usually arrive in 1-2 business days.

Western Canada

Applied to the following Provinces: Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia

i) Orders under $85 have a $19 shipping fee, and are expected to be delivered by ground in 3-5 business days.

ii) Orders of $85 or more have the shipping fee waived, and are expected to be delivered by ground in 3-5 business days.

Northern Canada

We can not currently ship oversize orders to the northern Territories. As such, we put a maximum cap on the order size when checking out in the northern territories of $150, which based on our product box sizes, should fit in an 12" x 8" x 8" parcel.

Shipping options available in the north are:

i) Standard Ground - 10 Days for $30

ii) Expedited (Air) - 4 Days for $60

4) Subscribers

As of October 1st, 2025, we have sunset the legacy "Subscribe & Save" and "Reusable and Refillable" shipping options which required a minimum number of products to receive free shipping. At this time, all shipping rates will be determined by the dollar amount of the order and shipping destination, not the number of products in the order. 

Subscribers can still qualify for free shipping, when the order total is greater than the free shipping threshold. As of October 1st, this threshold is $85 and will be kept up to date and displayed on getonly.ca
