TPE

  • Made without silicone, latex, BPA or phthalates.

Folding the cup

Using your middle finger and thumb, press into both the sides of the cup so that the walls of the cup are touching. Next, fold the cup in half forming a ‘U’ shape.

Push-down fold

Place a finger on the top edge of the cup and press inward to form a triangle.

 Inserting the cup

  1. While holding the cup folded with one hand, use the other hand to separate your labia and insert the cup toward the tailbone or base of the spine.
  2. Once inserted, turn it 360° degrees by grabbing the base (above the stem). This will create a seal to prevent leaking.

 Removing the cup

  1. Find a comfortable position sitting on the toilet, squatting or standing with one foot on the toilet and grab the base of the cup. Gently pull on the stem until the cup is outside of you enough to firmly hold its base.
  2. Grab the base of the cup and gently move it side to side while pulling out.
  3. Press the base of the cup with your index finger and thumb. This will break the seal and allow you to gently pull the cup out.

Environmental benefits.

A menstrual cup not only saves you money (re: no more monthly pads, liners or tampons), it also supports our environment. Every menstrual cup we carry is made of TPE, a more sustainable material made from non-toxic recycled plastics. A little FYI - the silicone in competitor cups can’t be recycled or reused. Seems like the Only choice is a better one.

  • The thing about TPE

TPE consumes less energy to produce than silicone. Unlike silicone, TPE resin can be used and reused. This means more efficiency and less waste during production.

  • Sustainable lifecycle

A menstrual cup can last for up to 2 years, creating less waste and reducing the use of single-use plastics.
